If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way.

Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition ( new, unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition). All tags must be in place and hygienic protective shields attached on swimsuit bottoms. Merchandise which is not in new condition, and has been soiled, damaged, washed, mishandled, or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser.

According to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items. Exchanges and returns are made within 14 (fourteen) days. Please send us an e-mail, (e-mail addresses: bonjour@anaismargaux.com) explaining your request which includes your name , address and phone number. And please send us the merchandise and the attached invoice by cargo to our Istanbul address that you may find in the contact page.

The shipping costs of your return and exchange purchases belong to the customer.The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.

You may use any postal service at your own risk, Anais Margaux cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Once we get your cargo, we will return you back within 2 working days.
